After practicing yoga for many years back home (Brazil) found myself moving to Northcliffe and meeting this great yoga instructor (Gwen) that was a bliss meant to be.
Love the way she conduct the classes and how it is divided, breathing, poses and relaxation.
Have to share with the pregnant ladies that I did yoga through my whole pregnancy helped very much when I went into labour and recovery.
