MEET Gwen

Gwen is the business owner of Pump Hill Farm Cottages and Springs Valley & Spa , and an experienced yoga teacher (ERYT 500) who has spent over two decades guiding others toward healing, balance, and inner peace. Her practice is rooted in the wisdom of traditional yoga, with a structured yet intuitive approach, Gwen creates a space where movement, breath, and stillness invite a return to one’s natural state of harmony.

As a yoga therapist and sound healer, she is passionate about using yoga not just as a physical practice, but as a tool for emotional and spiritual growth. She sees the body and breath as doorways to deeper self-awareness, helping participants transform emotional and physical pain into wisdom and reconnect with their innate resource of wise love.

Gwen understands that the real challenge in life is not just dreaming but facing your vision with clarity, stepping up, being seen, taking action, and bringing that vision to life. She has been there and recognises that fear from a mile away. She inspires others to move beyond fear, step into their purpose, and manifest their deepest intentions through conscious living and intentional living.

Gwen believes in the power of shared practice. Her vision is to cultivate a space where people come together—through yoga, meditation, and conscious living—to support one another in leading meaningful and connected lives. Through presence, breath, and a deep respect for the CREATOR, she invites others to step into a life of simplicity, beauty, and profound transformation - stepping away from the cycle of depletion, and into a space, where you are free to create, move, live from overflow, not exhaustion.

EXPERIENCE JULIAN SILBURN

Julian Silburn has devoted his life to Sound Healing and is known for his work nationally and internationally.

He has learned Yidaki, (Didjeridu) directly from Aboriginal people around Australia including Arnhemland (where the Yidaki originates),and has been playing for more than 30 years.

He mainly uses the instrument in its traditional way for healing and ceremony and has also performed in a contemporary way in Australia, Europe,U.SACanada and Asia collaborating with many world musicians and varied music genres.

There is another side to Julian that is less known and that his knowledge of Earth Wisdoms and Earth Healing ceremonies which he has been a part of over the last three decades having collaborated several times with several prominent Indigenous Elders from Perth, Central Desert, Uluru and from Arnhemland,as well as some visiting Native American friends

Julian has been given permission and blessing to play the Didjeridu and to use it for healing here on Whadjuk Noongar land by Senior Elders and has a deep respect for their incredibly rich culture and traditions.

In 1997 he was invited by an Aboriginal artist to live and work with Aboriginal people in the Northern Territory 28 years ago. This opportunity greatly deepened his knowledge of Aboriginal Art, Stories,Culture,Healing,Ceremonial music and Earth wisdoms.
During this time he learned from several Elders who are masters of the Yidaki and Mago and through his association was was culturally adopted by an Arnhemland family that has a direct lineage to the Yidaki, Mago, (Didjeridu ),which has been played for thousands of years.

In a sound healing, Julian uses a variety of sound modalities

(Yoga nada) and techniques in order to restore the body’s vibration to its natural harmony and balance.

Each part of our body, including the chakras, resonates at different frequencies. A variety of sounds are played into and around the body in order to cleanse, tune and restore the person to their optimal state of vibration. We are made of light (energy) and sound (vibration), and the experiential process of sound healing reintegrates and recalibrates these aspects back into healthy alignment.

CONNECT WITH ANDJELKA JANKOVIC

I am a tea lover and creator of sacred experiences. I serve tea in ceremonies and sit with tea as a daily meditation practice to cultivate stillness and presence. I am part of a Cha Dao lineage by way of instruction from Zen monk and teacher Wu De of Global Tea Hut.

I’m currently writing my first book about pilgrimaging, a homecoming, longings, lost loves, and my perennial dream of escaping into the colour green. You can read my latest pieces on my Substack called The Magic of What Happens.

As a lifelong book lover, I co-host immersive Deep Rest, Reading & Ritual Retreats that are rooted in the seasons and our wild souls. I am inspired by the natural world and our plant kin, especially an ever-growing fascination with moss and a love of Irish hawthorn.
